- Bali: processed within 1–2 hours.
- Other locations: within 24 hours (business days).

Delivery
- Bali: Free Gojek delivery (1–4 hours). Try-on delivery available.
- Indonesia (outside Bali): Free express delivery (1–4 days).
- International: 3–14 business days depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs delays. Tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

International Orders
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes.
- These charges are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
- Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable for refused or unpaid orders.

We offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date of purchase.

To request a return, please email support@muzeum.id with your order number, a detailed explanation, and clear photos of the item. Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Jewelry, sale items, discounted purchases, and gift certificates are non-returnable.
• Shipping fees and customs duties (VAT/GST) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
